Born in Atlanta, GA to a family rooted in ministry — his father pastored for 25 years and his grandfather for 33. Dustin brings a servant-leader mentality shaped by decades of faith and a diverse professional background spanning aviation, business consulting, and mobility solutions. Before joining Custom Mobility in 2023, he served as Corporate Operations Supervisor for a leading aircraft charter firm in the Mid-Atlantic and Director of Business Development for a business consulting firm in Athens, GA. Dustin volunteers as music director and worship leader at Unity Christian Church.

Born in Denver, CO, Cherry brings over two decades of operations and financial leadership to Custom Mobility. She served as VP of Operations for an aircraft charter firm in Athens and Atlanta for 15 years, followed by 5 years as Sales Manager for an aircraft charter brokerage. Cherry joined Custom Mobility in 2020 and oversees all day-to-day operations, financial management, and organizational strategy. She is an active servant leader at The Jefferson Church.

AJ is the backbone of Custom Mobility's mobile service division. With a degree in automotive mechanics and over 25 years of hands-on mechanical experience, he leads the mobile team that serves 126 school districts and fleet clients across the Southeast. Before joining Custom Mobility in 2017, AJ spent 15 years as a mechanic at the University of Georgia and 10 years as an assistant fleet manager. He brings unmatched technical depth and field leadership to every service call.
